"I had found my place. With the smoldering mix of volcanoes, beaches, and icebergs, the Arctic Circle is where I regained my voice. "

Introduction

It is no secret that the European Social Label wants to bring together the private and idea-driven sector and both challenge and support relevant authorities. This is how the current system is forced to become better and much of what is done today can definitely be improved, something that all entrepreneurs know all too well in their relations with the authorities.

The European Social Label shows the way through good examples. Here tomorrow's inclusive and equal preschools, elementary schools and high schools are created within the Future Ready concept, together with our members S'agapo Jobb is created which is a platform for job seekers and members in a recruitment process. Likewise, European Social Label wishes to counteract the population shortage that exists in the EU by partly bringing in external labor and training them, as well as bringing established citizens together so that more children are made.

A welfare problem

There are those who do not understand, or want to accept the facts, but there is no getting around the fact that within most of the EU, a challenging demographic has emerged. In the best of worlds, it can be simply described as a full wine glass where the center of gravity is high up instead of far down. Anyone who has ever served wine by the glass or followed the development of the electric car has learned that a low center of gravity is better from a stabilization perspective, and this also applies to welfare. From a welfare perspective, many countries are too well developed today with residents who have too much education. The center of gravity becomes too high and risks tipping over. Professions such as healthcare workers, police officers, teachers and others take a beating at the expense of tech and other areas. Professions that in the parable are a low center of gravity and create stability in welfare.

It is, of course, funny that it is going so well, but it has two effects: The welfare professions become the so-called shortage force and that the population becomes fewer in number. With a high standard of living, humans reproduce less, where the survival instinct decreases and the trend has been the same since 2012, where fewer people are born than die. This is of course a problem as development and costs increase and with services that are usually financed by public funds now require more capital but have fewer financiers available both increase costs, problems and dissatisfaction.

No one should be forced into a job they don't want, but within European Social Label the attitude is to create a better establishment process for people outside the EU, where education, practice, work all lead to a better integration than what exists today. If this is successful, existing authorities, regions and municipalities are relieved and the public funds that are created can better benefit the population.

High well-being also leads to loneliness, where many people, mainly in Scandinavia, live voluntarily or involuntarily alone. Likewise, a change is seen among young people who can no longer make contact with other young people if they do not have their phone available and match via an app or meet for a predetermined purpose. The lack of interaction with other people also leads in the long term to fewer new people in society.

Goal setting

The goal is to build society in such a way that it is perceived as something that has existed for all eternity. The entry into the fourth industrial revolution is our gift to the generations that come after us. It is about daring to challenge and create new, modern solutions to often old and outdated problems. You shouldn't have to be treated differently because you don't understand the language, have a different sexual orientation, culture, functional variation or whatever it may be, but it is society that must be able to handle all of these. It may seem obvious, but it wasn't too long ago that women didn't have the right to vote, and as late as 1979, Sweden became the first country in the world (!) to ban the act of children.

European investment

EUSL SCC is a European effort to be part of the solutions to today's as well as tomorrow's welfare challenges. Statistically speaking, the EU is considered to have the best welfare in the world and it would be strange if it is not possible to solve the challenges that also exist or arise. With a focus on the EU, EUSL SCC can create 27 variations on solutions, all depending on country, culture, customs, language and more. Throughout, education is for both new as well as established people, companies and authorities, but also to make better use of the public funds available to show with good examples that everything can be solved.

Looking To The Future

I've met some amazing clients who have become almost family to me. The numerous travels and projects abroad haven't diminished my love for the unknown, but only heightened it. A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step. I just lucked out with being able to take mine early on in life. And I want to help you with yours. Let me help you start that journey... from one single step to a thousand. Here's to you.
